WHERE I'M FROM
Harvested in March, this juicy coffee comes from 18 small-scale producers from the region of San Rafael, located 26km north of Jinotega. As shade is essential for the quality of this coffee, the coffee trees grow under a canopy of Guaba, Bucaro and Musaseas trees. This helps slow the maturation of the cherry, and the parchment is dried in 100% shade on raised beds at Beneficio La Estrella. Drying the parchment under shade prevents it from cracking under the harsh sun.
Australian Deliveries - We roast to order and aim to dispatch within 48 hours.
International Deliveries - We dispatch once a week, on Wednesdays.
Orders placed after 12pm Tuesdays (Australian time) may not ship until the following week.
