Milk chocolate without a drop of dairy insight. Birdsnake's first foray into 'milk' chocolate, is masterful display chocolate wizardry. By using coconut milk powder, head maker, Fred, has captured the all the creaminess of milk chocolate, without the increased sugar. 

Made in Melb, Birdsnake are contributing to what occurred in the 'third wave' of coffee. But without the quantifier of 'specialty grade' to address. How do they make chocolate taste so good, naturally? Careful selection, roasting to optimise the each origin, small batch processing and tempering to make that cacao sing.

ABOUT THIS ORIGIN

These beans come from Kokoa Kamili, a social enterprise in the Kilombero District of southern Tanzania. The team loves the way these beans hold fruity and chocolatey notes in abundance.
