This outrageously good bean-to-bar chocolate by Birdsnake, will make you question that Cadbury block in the fridge, and everything you thought chocolate tastes like. 

Made in Melb, Birdsnake are contributing to what occurred in the 'third wave' of coffee. But without the quantifier of 'specialty grade' to address. How do they make chocolate taste so good, naturally? Careful selection, roasting to optimise the each origin, small batch processing and tempering to make that cacao sing.

These beans come from Kokoa Kamili, a social enterprise in the Kilombero District of southern Tanzania. The team loves the way these beans hold fruity and chocolatey notes in abundance.
