A micro lot from the Mogiana region near Sao Paulo. The coffee is grown organically and dried on raised beds, as is common in this area of Brazil. This ensures even drying before further processing. This is the third year we have bought coffee from this farm, which is part of the Fazenda Ambiental Fortazela network of growers in Southern Brazil.
