WHERE I'M FROM

Situated at 1880 masl, the views at Finca Las Cabuya are quite literally breath taking. Producer Pedro Zuniga washes his cherry and uses a traditional fermentation process to clean of mucilage. This takes around 16 hours, depending on the weather. He then dries the cherry on raised beds over a 10 day period, being careful to ensure coffee is dried slowly and evenly.



DELIVERY OVERVIEW
Australian Deliveries - We roast to order and aim to dispatch within 48 hours.
International Deliveries - We dispatch once a week, on Wednesdays.
Orders placed after 12pm Tuesdays (Australian time) may not ship until the following week.
