WHERE I'M FROM
Leopoldo Muyshondt, the 5th generation coffee farmer of Finca Topacio, believes the key to success is to diversify. The farm was forgotten and neglected when it came into his care, and with hope to pass the farm onto his son Sebastian, the 6th generation, Leopoldo dedicated all of his time to the recovery of the farm. The farm now grows three different varieties; Bourbon, Pacas and Pacamara coffee varieties. This coffee is a honey process coffee. The skin and pulp are removed off the cherry and the coffee is dried with the mucilage on the bean.
Australian Deliveries - We roast to order and aim to dispatch within 48 hours.
International Deliveries - We dispatch once a week, on Wednesdays.
Orders placed after 12pm Tuesdays (Australian time) may not ship until the following week.
