ABOUT

This coffee is masquerading as a Gesha, it's got a profile which just wows us. Placing 1st in the Atipanaku National Auction last year, female producer, Flora Cuba Cama, has a 2 hectare farm with her husband, Tito. After a traditional fermentation 30-32 hours the coffee is dried in a green house for 8-10 days. They’re an industrious couple, also producing yucca, and Rocoto (ricotta cheese). But coffee has their heart. Their goal is to produce the highest cup score nationally and internationally, while taking care of nature.
