This coffee is produced by a true champion of specialty coffee, and a dear friend of ours, Erwin Mierisch. He is a head judge for the famed Cup of Excellence competition and has a reputation as one of the world’s top producers.
Earlier this year we roasted a micro lot of this coffee processed as a Black Honey. This batch is Fully Washed and the result is a cleaner cup, with more pronounced acidity.
