WHERE I'M FROM
Harvested in March, this juicy coffee comes from 18 small-scale producers from the region of San Rafael, located 26km north of Jinotega. As shade is essential for the quality of this coffee, the coffee trees grow under a canopy of Guaba, Bucaro and Musaseas trees. This helps slow the maturation of the cherry, and the parchment is dried in 100% shade on raised beds at Beneficio La Estrella. Drying the parchment under shade prevents it from cracking under the harsh sun.


DELIVERY OVERVIEW
Australian Deliveries - We roast to order and aim to dispatch within 48 hours.
International Deliveries - We dispatch once a week, on Wednesdays.
Orders placed after 12pm Tuesdays (Australian time) may not ship until the following week.

Delivery Overview

Christmas Deliveries - order ‘Express’ before 18th Dec for delivery before Christmas to capital cities in Australia. Orders placed on or after the 18th may not arrive before the 25th of December. Regional and remote deliveries may take longer.
