After purchasing San Jose in 2003, which was their first farm to exceed an altitude of 1,100 meters, they found that the soil composition is similar to that of the Honduran farm, they chose to grow Gesha at San Jose.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNatural processing can sometimes cause Gesha to lose some of its delicate characters.
