New Release | Maria Reyes, Honduras

Maria Reyes returns to Seven Seeds for a fourth year. We are proud to say we have purchased the total output from Maria and her husband Mario's farm each year.

Maria's 2023 release is the definition of sophistication. Incredibly delicate, structured well, with refined acid and florals. This coffee provides a fantastic contrast to our forthcoming Honduras offerings, giving a glimpse into the wonderful array of flavour profiles currently coming out of this origin.

This relatively small lot comprises 70% Pacas and 30% Red Catuai. Both varieties are susceptible to leaf rust and other nasties but perform well at high altitudes, which is evident in the cup. Maria has, against the odds, produced excellent coffee year after year. A huge thanks and much love to Maria and Mario for another standout lot.
