Vegetable and feta frittata w/ hommus, pickled red onions and rocked served in a lightly toasted turkish roll

Change is in the air:

This week we've changed the espresso blend and have also added a new Kenyan Filter.

We’re returning to a two component version of the Espresso Blend with the Ethiopian Kochere being joined by a new Guatemalan, the San Jose Poaquill, with a 40/60% split respectively.

Whilst we’re sad to see the end of the Ethiopia Kochere it is being replaced by the Kenyan Karatu on the Filter list. The Colombian Del Palmar has been removed from both the Espresso Blend and Singles list.

There will be more changes coming up as more coffee lands in coming weeks...watch this space!

Like coffee, our food menu is always changing...which is great! It keeps things exciting and we always look a little like Homer Simpson when Chef gives us the low-down on the next change! From Saturday 5th, this number will be on the menu. Go on, order it!!

Our wonderful Cafe Manager, Sophie, is heading back to the tools of her trade which means we are searching for a front of house extraordinaire who has the passion, confidence and flair to run the floor in our busy cafe in Carlton.

You'll be working alongside a brilliant crew from both the cafe and the roastery (situated next door).

Must be available to work 4 - 5 days / week including a weekend day. Must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or hold a valid working visa.
