Hortus has opened!

We've applied the final touches and opened the doors to Hortus x Seven Seeds and are ready to serve you up a brew!

A very special thanks to the team who made this all happen - Folk Architects, Utopian Slumps, Lauren Berkowitz and the army of tradies who were also involved.

The project, to be known as Hortus (latin for garden), will temporarily occupy the Harbour Esplanade site, with the goal to bring some Seven Seeds goodness and provide a space for residents, workers and visitors to enjoy Melbourne’s waterfront.
Hortus will be run and driven by Seven Seeds' Head Barista Jake Sullivan and you can jump onboard and follow the progress on the beloved instagram.
