This is the fourth year we have included the Jose Joaquim in our seasonal Seven Seeds Espresso Blend. From the local producer and farm of the same name, sourced via our partners, Agricoffee.

UKUKU A, PERU

This is the first year we have included the Ukuku in our house blend, and we're thrilled with the results. On its own, the Ukuku A brings marmalade, cherry and almond notes. The well-rounded profile makes it an excellent blender. Sourced from a collaborative of twenty small scale producers via Caravela.

ROASTING SCHEDULE

We roast three days a week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The cut off time to be included in the day's roast is 7:30 AM (AEST) that morning. We dispatch the business day after the coffee is roasted. So if your coffee is roasted on Monday, our freight carriers will pick it up from us on Tuesday.

We are closed on public holidays and weekends; our roast and dispatch schedule will shift to the next business day.
