We outgrew our roasting space in Carlton and moved on to bigger things, opening a dedicated roastery in Fairfield in 2017. Come straight to the source and buy beans directly at our front door.
Save on shipping and choose to Pick Up when you place your order. We'll email you when your order is ready for collection, usually within 24-48 hours, depending on our roasting schedule.
Come on in and see what's on offer. Depending on our roasting schedule, we may not have all single-origin coffees available each day. Don't hesitate to ask for a recommendation; the team loves to talk coffee! We can also grind the beans for you; just let us know how you're brewing your coffee.

Do you serve coffee at the roastery?
We do not serve coffee at the Roastery, but it's part of the dream! Watch this space.
When will my order be ready for pick-up?
We roast Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Online orders are usually ready for pick up the next working day after roasting, from midday onwards. You should receive an email when your order is ready for pick up, but it's a safe bet that we will have it ready within 48 hours.
Can I order online and pick up at another location?
Online orders are only available for pick up from our Roastery in Fairfield.
