Roasting Schedule
We roast our coffee from Monday to Friday, but not every type each day. We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days.
Roasted coffee reaches it's peak 5-14 days after roasting and stays fresh for up to 30 days. We may send coffee roasted a few days earlier.
The Roastery and Head Office are closed on weekends and public holidays; we do not roast or ship these days.

How long does your coffee last from the time I purchase it?
Fresh is sometimes, counter intuitively, too fresh.
We’ve found the best window to use roasted coffee is between 5-14 days after roasting. And, importantly coffee continues to be optimal for at least 30 days after roast.

What is your return policy?
For coffee purchases
Please note, we place a large emphasis on quality control. Our roasters cup and score our production roasts daily, which means only coffee that meets our strict quality standards will make it out the door. With this in mind, we cannot guarantee refunds on coffee purchases.
If you have purchased coffee beans from Seven Seeds and are not satisfied, please email shop@sevenseeds.com.au to discuss.
For merchandise and brew gear purchases
If merchandise, apparel, and/or brew equipment is broken or defective upon arrival, you may return or exchange the product within 7 days from purchase.
If you want to make a return on merchandise, apparel, and/or brew equipment that is not broken or defective, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and within 7 days from purchase. If we receive the product and it appears to be used you will not be refunded.
Seven Seeds does not cover the return shipping cost for the product. For international packages, we are willing to replace merchandise damaged in transit. However, we would need the damaged goods returned and unfortunately we cannot cover the shipping costs. Please contact shop@sevenseeds.com.au and someone from our team will get back to you with further information.
Freight delays
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Once your order has been collected by the chosen freight carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are unable to refund or replace items that are delayed during transit. If the order is declared lost or missing, we will refund or replace it.
Oops, I made a mistake with my order. Can my order be changed or cancelled?
If you need to change or cancel an order please email us shop@sevenseeds.com.au as soon as possible. In some circumstances we can cancel or make changes for you, however depending on what you have ordered, options may be limited.
Is your coffee Fair Trade?
Our coffee does not carry the fair trade certification, it's a step above, as we purchase coffee for the quality, not what the market rate is. We generally pay around double-triple the Fair Trade price and the coffee we purchase is sourced directly from farmers or cooperatives by our very own roasters who regularly travel to origin.

Is your coffee organic?
Our main focus is taste, quality & clarity – which is ultimately the result of careful and sustainable farming practises. Although some of our coffees may be organic, we do not advertise our coffee as being so.

We generally post job vacancies on our Instagram accounts @7seedscoffee , @brotherbababudan, @travellercoffee but feel free to drop your resume off to any of our cafes and we will be in touch should a position open up. You can also send an email to jobs@sevenseeds.com.au
Do you take bookings at your cafes?
We run on a walk-in basis and do not take any bookings or reservations. For larger groups, we recommend sending someone in 10-15mins beforehand so that our team can arrange seating or add you to the wait list.
