Lester and his wife Dina have been producing coffee for just over ten years, and only recently made the decision to focus on specialty-grade lots. Their success is a testament to their dedication to quality and the strong partnership they share with Raga Coffee. In just a few short years, they have begun to produce lots of truly exceptional character. Driven by meticulous attention to detail, Lester and Dina incorporate farming practices that prioritise constant care and long-term success. They are firm believers in the life-changing impact of specialty coffee.

This lot is a highlight of our Honduras selections this season. Sourced from a region slightly different to the rest of our offerings, it provides a striking contrast in flavour and personality. Expect subtle florals, concentrated acidity, and layered sweetness. This is a beautiful example of the breadth and elegance of a well-crafted washed coffee.

Transparency

2018 marked a statement of intent for us, to ensure that people growing exceptional coffee are still doing so in decades to come. 

We started publishing the price we pay to producers exposing the traceability they deserve and discerning drinkers' demand as the new norm. We refer to the most direct payment as ‘Farmgate’.

We’re proud we can publish this for our single origins and house blends.

Seven Seeds has been involved with the Speciality Coffee Transaction Guide as data donors for the past five years. We have signed 'The Pledge', a commitment to transparency in coffee trading.

Roasting and Shipping

We roast our coffee from Monday to Friday, but not every type each day. We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days.

Roasted coffee reaches it's peak 5-14 days after roasting and stays fresh for up to 30 days. We may send coffee roasted a few days earlier.

The Roastery and Head Office are closed on weekends and public holidays; we do not roast or ship these days.

We offer Standard and Express shipping via Australia Post. Orders over $85 include free Standard shipping.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you have concerns about your delivery, but please understand that we cannot control what happens once your order leaves the Roastery. Once the package is with Australia Post, it is out of our hands.

We do not refund or send replacements for orders delayed during transit.

If Australia Post determines that the order has been lost in transit, we can offer you a refund or a replacement.
