    Easter Closure at Seven Seeds

    From Monday April 1st to Friday the 5th 
Seven Seeds will be shut for normal trading to complete kitchen renovations.  However, during this period we will still be serving take away coffee and pastries from our Berkeley St roller door, 8am-2pm each day. Both entrances will be shut.

    We’re excited to spill the beans on the place to be for 17 days of the Festival, the Urban Coffee Farm and Brew Bar - a reinterpretation of a terraced coffee farm right in the heart of Melbourne. 
    From 1 – 17 March, this bustling urban oasis in Queensbridge Square will celebrate Melbourne’s famed love affair with coffee.

    Sale of De Clieu

    De Clieu on Fitzroy's Gertrude St has been sold.  We have had a great time building up this location, are very proud of what it has become, and wish the best of luck to the new owners.  Seven Seeds coffee will remain in place at De Clieu, and we look forward to developing a strong relationship with the cafe to help further push the high standard of coffee being served.

    Got Wings

    Caleb Heaney has a coffee pedigree few in this city exceed.  Apart from a lot of time spent behind the machine, Caleb roasted at Seven Seeds for a few years, during which time he became one of a handful of Q-graders (professional cuppers accredited by the Coffee Quality Institute) in Australia.

    On The Water

    Apologies for taking so long to write this one, but the roastery at Seven Seeds is so full with new coffee that it took me a couple of days to burrow through and reach the computer.  Blatant lies aside, we do have a lot of green pouring in right now.
