With a high tea content & freshly ground spices, Fly High Chai has a robust, malty flavour that compliments the creaminess of well-textured milk. The addition of fresh ginger and panela sugar (rather than honey) promotes a balanced spice.
It has never been easier to enjoy a chai latte. We recommend the ratio used in Seven Seeds cafes - 30ml of Fly High Chai concentrate to 150ml milk. Heat gently to enjoy warm or serve chilled over ice.
