Birdsnake craft chocolate is traceably sourced and Melbourne made, roasting and tempering from our shared space at the Fairfield Roastery & HQ. The 'Snake sources high-quality organic cacao from around the globe, which is roasted with care and processed into chocolate in-house instead of sourcing pre-made, untraceable liquor from overseas. This allows the chocolatiers to have more control over the flavour of the bars produced and, sharing their values with Seven Seeds, they know and promote where the cacao has come from; who produced it, the production process and most importantly, how much the producer was paid. Birdsnake Chocolate is gluten-free and vegan-friendly.
