    Sale of De Clieu

    De Clieu on Fitzroy's Gertrude St has been sold.  We have had a great time building up this location, are very proud of what it has become, and wish the best of luck to the new owners.  Seven Seeds coffee will remain in place at De Clieu, and we look forward to developing a strong relationship with the cafe to help further push the high standard of coffee being served.

    Got Wings

    Caleb Heaney has a coffee pedigree few in this city exceed.  Apart from a lot of time spent behind the machine, Caleb roasted at Seven Seeds for a few years, during which time he became one of a handful of Q-graders (professional cuppers accredited by the Coffee Quality Institute) in Australia.
